It was probably too cold to get all those beads by "traditional" means, right?
I spotted an icognito Santa on the steam boat, and I see there were some fellow pirates in the parade!
Being a Northern girl, I had to look up what "Fat Tuesday" means - Mardi Gras is french for Fat Tuesday. Didn't know that even though I have heard both terms before. Refers to feasting before the ritual fasting of Lent.
